Rent 2000:

The program is designed to keep track of rent paid by one or more tenants in one or more properties.

Total rent due is calculated for any selected date, and total rent paid and balance owing is automatically updated.

These results can be compiled and viewed according to a number of criteria (date, tenant, property, etc).

I was motivated to do this project because 1) I enjoy working in Access, and 2) I wanted the challenge to create something that would make life easier for for me.
