Windows
system files have not been installed with the Access installation. |

Install Date Patch: Down load and then double
click on
the .exe file.
(it will unzip to the folder 'C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\AccessDateFix' by
default).
Open the Readme.txt file in the 'AccessDateFix' folder and follow the
instructions.
